In your desired room, place the candle on a flat surface and do not burn for more than 4 hours. Upon first use, ensure the wax melts evenly on the top layer of the vessel, keeping away from any drafts, open air vents, or ceiling fans. Never leave a burning candle unattended or within reach of children and pets. Do not burn candle completely down - always leave at least 1/2 inch of non-molten wax at the bottom.
